At Bop Canvases, we want you to love your art; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the canvas to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the artwork back in its original protective packaging and shipping box to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned canvas, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement within 5 business days.
